Alt Inc provides an AI-powered platform that creates digital representations ("Alts") of users. The Service may include features such as AI-generated content, chat interfaces, and personality modeling.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to create Alts of other people without their consent
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alt Inc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service, but grant us a license to use it as needed to operate the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content including but not limited to text, images, and personality models. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content does not represent the views of Alt Inc
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sharing or relying on it
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALT INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
